The procedure for communicating by telephone

First Prepare the record book / sheet messages, stationery (pens),
Call:
1. Lift the phone handle with your left hand.
2. Tap the phone number destination and make sure the numbers are correct.
3. Wait until there is a connected tone> and answer.
4. Say the greeting (Good morning / afternoon / evening / night).
5. Convey the object and purpose.
6. When you are finished say thanks and say hello back.

Receive Phone
1. Do not let the phone ring more than 3x
2. Raise the left hand
3. The right hand ready to hold stationery.
4. Say greeting and mention corporate identity, as well as myself.
5. Listen carefully caller, and convey the intent & purpose of callers who addressed.
6. Let the caller hang up first.

Rules:
1.Speak with moderate and polite tone, do not say greetings with the word "hello".
2.Asks intent & purpose of said caller with good language and correct, is also easy to understand, for avoid misunderstanding.
3. Convey the intent and purpose of the caller on the on going.
4. Do not talk while doing other things, like eating, drinking, talking with others.
5. Speak gently and patiently.

#Cara Berkomunikasi Melalui Telepon

Pertama-tama Siapkan buku catatan / lembar pesan, alat tulis (pulpen),
Menelpon :
1. Angkat Gagan telepon dengan tangan kiri.
2. Tekan nomor yg dituju dan pastikan nomor tersebut benar.
3. Tunggu sampai ada nada tersambung > ada jawaban.
4. Ucapkan salam (Selamat pagi/siang/sore/malam).
5. Sampaikan maksud dan tujuan.
6. Bila sudah selesai ucapkan terimakasih dan beri salam kembali.

Menerima Telepon
1. Jangan biarkan telepon berdering lebih dari 3x
2. Angkat dengan tangan kiri
3. Tangan kanan siap memegang alat tulis.
4. Ucapkan salam dan sebutkan identitas perusahaan, juga diri.
5. Dengarkan penelpon secara seksama, dan sampaikan maksud & tujuan penelpon pada yg dituju.
6. Biarkan penelpon menutup teleponnya terlebih dahulu.

Aturan :
1.Berbicaralah dengan nada sedang dan sopan, jangan mengucapkkan salam dengan kata "HALLO".
2.Tanyakan maksud & tujuan penelpon dengan tutur bahasa yang baik dan benar, juga mudah di mengerti, u/menghindari timbulnya salah paham.
3. Sampaikan maksud dan tujuan si penelpon pada yang di tuju.
4. Jangan berbicara sambil mengerjakan hal yang lain, seperti makan, minum, berbicara dengan orang lain.
5. Berbicaralah dengan lembut dan sabar.

"waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa  GUBRAK"
lagi-lagi arista menabrak sesuatu, dan itu ternyata..... MANUSIA??? kali ini arista menabrak fredo, bukan tiang listrik, pembatas jalan, ataupun mobil yg lagi parkir. Itu semua di sebabkan karena kacamatanya lg di benerin.
Kembali ke cerita....................
arista : maaf-maaf aku g sengaja (dengan wajah meals)
fredo : Makanya kalo jalan ati-ati donk mba!!!!!!
arista : iya maaf om ! (Kabur)

Dengan teruru-burunya arista mengantar kue-kue yg akan dia bagikan kepada fakir miskin.
arista : duh telat deh aku ?'?
riko : hey, mau bareng ga?
arista : wah kebetulan boleh-boleh :)
riko : ketempat biasa kan?

riko udah sering ketemu dan nganter aristu , berhubung tempatnya itu deket sama kantornya arista dan mereka juga uah berteman dekat sejak kenalan di fb :)
Riko itu anak yang baik dan care sama orang, tapi sayangnya dia baru aja di putusin sama cewe'a yg nama'a DIANDRA dia cewe yg jahat BANGET , cuma gara-gara Riko telat 1 menit di karenakan ban motor'a kempes langsung putus, terus apa2 kemauan dia harus diturutin, dan harus cepet, ga boleh telat dikit, nah sekarang Riko lagi nyoba deketin Arista Karena dulu sempat tertunda gara2 Diandra ngancem bunuh diri kalo Riko g jadi pacarnya, emang NYEBELIN tuh anak. :(((((((((

Tiba-tiba
"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa GUBRAK" kali ini bukan kesalahan arista melainkan pacarnya Fredo yg tadi di tabrak arista, dia berantem di mobil dan cewemya ngamuk2 sampe si Fredo hilang kendali, pas turun dari mobil.
